"A penny for your thoughts..." an idiom of old. To fight this fight alone would be a fate too cold.
Please share with me your story and I'll lend you my ear. Though I may not show it I'm consumed with much fear.
"Tomorrow's never promised"...something else they used to say. A proverb filled with much more truth since my doctor called today.
Please share with me your strength so I know I'm not alone. My pride, alas, won't help me here. I can't make it on my own.
