Statistics show that most women don't wear know their correct bra size which is why they experience some of the most unpleasant side effects:

• Straps that dig into your shoulders = usually cup is too small

• Underwire that stabs you ( = cup is too small)
• Spillage ( = cup is too small)
• Cups that bunch up ( = cup is too big)
• Back bulge ( = band is too small)
• A band that rides up your back ( = band is too big)

Since our bodies change in response to hormonal chages and weight fluctuation, it is best to be fitted at least once per year. This not only ensures that you're wearing the right size bra, but that your breast form(s) stays comfortable and looks natural.

What to expect in your fitting:

e will first examine the skin conditions at your incision site to ensure that there is no open wounds or drainage. Should there be any drainage or open wound, we will not be able to proceed with the fitting until we have your physician's written permission. The goal of the fitting is to give you a natural appearance and although mastectomy bras are not mandatory to use with breast forms, they are highly recommended, as they do provide the support needed to keep your breast forms in the correct position.

Next we will take your measurements to determine the proper bra size while noting the shape of your existing breast in order to match a breast form. If you have had a double mastectomy, we recommend forms that are most figure-flattering for your body. With each form we'll drape a smock over you to give you a feel of how you will look with the product.

We are here to help YOU so we want you to be completely honest with us. If you are not pleased with the look or feel, please speak up. Because we want you to have our undevided attention during your fitting, we only schedule 1-2 fittings per day. This allows extra time, if needed, to address all of your questions and concerns without worrying about having enough time to get to the next appointment. We truly are here for you!
