Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my order?

Packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation via this link or by calling 1-800-222-1811.  The automated system is available 24 hours/ 7 days per week. Customer service representatives are available as follows:

 

  • Monday thru Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET

  • Saturday:  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET

  • Sunday / Holidays:  Closed 

 

What are your delivery options?

Most packages are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Other couriers can be arranged at an additional cost.

 

How do I return an item?

All returns are processed using the Customer Care form above. Upon submitting your request, you will be contacted directly via phone or email to discuss the details of your return process. Please see "What is your return policy?" in FAQs section for return policy basics.

 

I've lost my tracking number...

Tracking numbers can be retrieved via email or by calling  customer care at 770-702-7788.

What payment methods are accepted?

Although we use PayPal to process payments, you are not required to have a PayPal account to make payments. In the checkout window, you are given the option to "Pay with my PayPal account" (which requires your PayPal login info), or "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit."

Do you provide International delivery?

At the moment, we only offer domestic shipping. Sign up for updates and be one of the first to know when this changes. 

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days on all items except those on clearance. Items must be returned in original condition (free of odors) with original tags and packaging. Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged (including washed) products or items altered in any way.  Full refund issued if returned within 14 days. After 14 days, a 12% restocking fee applies. Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit or refund to be processed. Full policy available here.
